Due to the unique nature of our 1Smart-Pods, the following terms and conditions is not applicable.  Please reach out to us for details relating to this product.   



14-DAY CHANGE OF MIND RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, and if you have not opened the package, simply return it to us for a replacement, exchange or refund, within 14 days from receiving the item.


The item must be in its original packaging/condition(unopened) for change of mind purchases. Furthermore, a 20% restocking fee applies for change of mind returns - minimum $10. The buyer is liable for the return postage. 


This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. If the package has already been opened, or the item is missing the original packaging, or the item is in the original packaging but damaged, or in unsaleable condition, then unfortunately we won't accept this return. 


All items we sell come with a unique serial code, the serial code of the returned item must match the item we sold.



ADDRESS CHANGES

If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.


This fee is typically anticipated to be $10.50 for RTS + stander postage for re-shipment, regardless of Sale value



PRICES

We always seek to list products with the most competitive prices. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time before you place an order. The price of products shown excludes shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown separately on the product page but may be recalculated based on how many and what items you place in your shopping cart.


WARRANTY POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, all products offered by us are entitled to a warranty period of 12 months.


Please refer to the individual product listing for specific warranty terms and periods.


Please email us if the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 14 days from the date of dispatch. We will replace the item if the returned item has been found faulty after inspection by our technician. However, you will be charged an inspection fee of $25 if the returned item is found to be working and the item will be delivered back to you at your expense.


All faulty items can be replaced with a fully functional unit after the inspection process (takes roughly 20 business days) within the warranty period. Please be aware that we only cover the postage between the manufacturer and us. The buyer is liable for the two-way postage of returning and sending the product. If there is any physical damage found within the product, the warranty will become void.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For example, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
